Do I need to have a degree to start up a service which helps people quit smoking?

I want to start a business that helps people stop smoking. Do I need a degree? and it is a course that teaches people how to help people stop smoking? Generally, your own business, you need a master's degree or employees have been in business and management, and it would be very rare that you could take a course to help people stop smoking would find the place I think it would be considered as college credit . On the other hand, it is not a good area to some extent for the opportunity to. I know three people with a degree in business, two have an associate degree and one has a master's degree in business administration and they are all working as a bartender at Chili's, as the economy is so bad. but I am sure that it gets better with time, you get a diploma. I have no idea why a college education must start a business. You need an attorney to write a good topic for those who can not stop smoking. Doctors prescribe medicine to help people stop smoking, and it is not guaranteed. Did you used to smoke and want to share with others what worked for you? No, but you must have a certain identification.
